Ventricina is a salami commonly known from the Abruzzo region of Italy, ours of course made in the USA.
This salami is hand packed with a course grind of meat and spices including fennel, touch of garlic & orange rind which gives it the special unique flavor as it is naturally air cured. A higher fat content give this salami a smooth, creamy flavor that will make you coming back for more!
We do not use nitrates or nitrites with exception to the natural occurring in salt and spices.
