A perfect compliment in preparing the Rope Sausage........

I make a lot of sausage of all varieties, tend to make my own spice blends vs. buying premixes , but thought I would give this a try and the whole family was impressed. The 10lb vacuum sealed kits were perfectly sized for the batches I process at home. The fennel seed flavor and the hint of pecorino were spot on. Will definitely make this mix part of my regular rotation. Have already enjoyed this on pizza, in pasta, and lasagna just over the holidays.

Haven’t had the time to make the sausage yet. We had a small Italian market in Omaha with fantastic goods I’m going to test run the seasonings this week
