Saracino with Red Pepper is a caciotta type cheese. This tasty cheese has just a few tiny holes. Its grooved rind has earned its name “canestrato” meaning, aged in baskets. Locatelli Saracino is an excellent table cheese best served with fruit , diced in mixed salads, shredded on pasta or melted on pizza or focaccia.
