Collection includes:

Piave Cheese- 1 lb wedge
Reggiano Parmesan- 3/4 lb wedge
Tuma , a stronger cheese that sweetens up to perfection when topped with honey
1 lb jar of our own Honey from our fields

Our local honey is not pasteurized and is left in the pure and natural state. If you'd like the honey to be pourable please place in hot water until softened or even microwave for a couple of minutes.
