Salame al tartufo, Italian style has a wonderful aroma that you'll notice as soon as it is cut open. The truffle flavor is intense and delicious but not overpowering. The earthiness flavor is perfect paired nicely with a stronger, softer cheese- like a brie or goat cheese and a rich red wine.

    This TRULY a Truffle Salami!!

    I fell in love with this with my first bite! Flavorful with a distinct Truffle essence/flavor, unlike so may other Tartufo Salamis sold here in the US. I stocked up and will probably be ordering again before the holidays. This is a definite keeper and one to always have on hand.
