DOLCI Sicilian Olives aka Castelvetrano

These memorable, yet hard-to-find olives are from Castelvetrano, Sicily! They are distinctly bright green with a meaty texture prepared with less salt than most olives…making this green olive perfect for the non-green olive lover!
A somewhat similar taste profile as Cerignola, but with a buttery, yet slightly bitter bite!

Also known as Castelvetrano Olives from Sicily.

    Just Ok

The flavor was really good on these but the texture was very inconsistent. Some very firm and very good, others very mushy and not so good. Not sure I would buy again, but overall, not terrible. That's about the best I can say about these.

This was a gift and the recipient said the olives were so tasty, almost creamy. They loved them!

We enjoyed these and surprisingly enough did not find them salty like other olives.

    Just OK

Not a fan of these olives - they were a bit mushy. I do love Castelvetrano olives and they usually have a bit more "crunch". These were just too mushy for me. I'm going to take the pits out and make a tapenade out of them.
